General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed with us via our online shop. These GTC form an integral part of the contract between the customer and TZ Transformationszentrum GmbH. Any deviating terms and conditions of the buyer shall not be recognized unless expressly agreed to by us in writing.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to submit an offer. By submitting an order via the online shop, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by an automatic order confirmation email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The purchase contract is concluded only when we expressly accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation or by delivering the goods.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) of 8.1%. Shipping costs are shown separately and are not included in the product prices.

Payment is made using the payment methods specified during the ordering process (e.g. credit card, PayPal, TWINT). Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation unless a different payment term has been agreed.

5. Delivery and Shipping Costs

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the shipping conditions stated on our website. We ship goods only within Switzerland and to selected countries (please check the shipping options on our website).

Shipping costs: Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online orders as in the EU. However, you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt if they do not meet your expectations or are defective.

Conditions for returns:

  • The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

  • All original labels and packaging must be intact.

  • The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer, unless the goods are defective or do not correspond to the description. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. You are obliged to handle the goods with care and to inform us immediately if third parties (e.g. seizure) gain access to the goods.

8. Liability for Defects and Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply. If the goods are defective, you are entitled to repair or replacement. If subsequent performance fails or is not carried out within a reasonable period, you have the right to withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.

9. Liability

Our liability for damages caused by us or our agents is limited to intent. We are liable for negligence only in the event of a breach of an essential contractual obligation.

10. Data Protection

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The collection, processing, and use of your data are carried out in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation (DSG). Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these GTC.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between the buyer and us that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court at the registered office of our company shall have jurisdiction.

For disputes with consumers, the Swiss consumer arbitration body applies.

12. Final Provisions

Swiss law shall apply. For consumers who have their habitual residence in another country, mandatory provisions of the law of that country shall remain unaffected.

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
