Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the T-shirt does not meet your expectations or you wish to return it for any other reason, we offer a voluntary return policy.

2. Return Conditions

  • You may return the goods within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

  • All original tags and original packaging must be intact.

  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment, unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Refund

Once we have received the returned goods and inspected their condition, we will refund the full purchase price. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (unless we explicitly cover the return shipping costs), unless the goods are defective or do not correspond to the description. In such cases, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

5. Return Period

Please note that returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the purchase price for returns made after this period.

Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

As there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases in Switzerland, we voluntarily offer a return policy (see above). To exercise this right of withdrawal, simply send us a written notice (by email or via the contact form on our website) stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order.

3. Exceptions to Returns

The right of withdrawal or return does not apply to goods that are clearly customized to the buyer’s personal requirements, or to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (e.g. T-shirts that have been worn or washed).
